Published Yet Again

A short story of mine, "Fresh Ideas" has migrated into an anthology, The Best of Every Day Fiction Three. Support small presses, especially the ones that publish my stories. They have the discrimination and taste to rise above their boorish peers.

Congrats, Anthology Man!

Thanks, Tom.

When execs. ask me what I've been working on I tell them I've been published in an anthology.

Then they back off and don't wonder why my animation resume has truck-sized holes.

You should Pitch an animated series about Anthology Man, the intelegent comic writer who, while writing a news report for the daily planet, pricked himself with a radio-active pencil, thus giving him exceld abilities to get his work in well known and respected publications. But, he must also protect the innocent everyday writers and artists from the meddling clutches of the evil, but misunderstood executives. He also keeps a blog in his spare time. Ill go on if you wish. I think it could be a smash hit.

That might hit too close too home.

I suppose it would depend on who you pitch it too. I bet Bruce Timm would be all over it.

He won't touch it unless someone is wearing a costume.

Not that it couldn't be worked in.

I'll give him a costume, his cape is a piece of paper flailing from atypewriter, or a printer, you decide. He can also wear a standard superhero ensemble.

That could get very warm in an office setting.

I suppose, but, it could be convienient.

I never understood where superheroes keep their wallet.

They left it in their other pants?

Or tights.
